Named "Rookie of the Year" her first year in real estate, Cheri Hagan remained a top producing real estate agent for nearly 13 years before making the move to the management side of real estate in 2025.

"The fit seemed like a natural one," says Cheri. "Before real estate, I worked in marketing and corporate event planning and have nearly 20 years of management experience under my belt. I love real estate and everything it entails, and I am thrilled to help Coldwell Banker real estate professionals with their needs. I believe, when you love what you do, it shows, and I've never been happier."

Cheri Hagan continues to sell real estate as well. "The fact that I still get to help my clients buy and sell real estate while I learn what is needed from me as ABVP brings me joy."

A fan of all things Chicago, Cheri Hagan's interests include photography, writing and golfing just to name a few. To NOT mention her love of NFL football would be more than a mere oversight; she bleeds blue and orange during football season. Her husband surprised her on her birthday once with tickets to the Superbowl, 2013. "Best surprise ever," she exclaims.
